OMHEDI, 06 AUG (NAMPA) – Ohangwena Governor Kadiva Hamutumwa has announced the implementation of a new National Youth Development Fund worth N.dollars 257 million by her office.
Hamutumwa made the announcement during a courtesy visit to the leader of the Oukwanyama Traditional Authority, Dr Mwadinomho Ya Kristian Nelumbu, on Wednesday.
