WINDHOEK, 05 AUG (NAMPA) – The Executive Committee of the Commonwealth Youth Council (CYC) has raised concerns about persistent operational challenges, which they say undermine their ability to effectively represent the voices of 1.5 billion young people across the Commonwealth.
