OTJIWARONGO, 04 AUG (NAMPA) – Supplementary voter registration officially commenced in the Otjozondjupa Region’s seven constituencies Monday morning.
The registration exercise is aimed at issuing new voter cards to eligible first-time voters and replacing lost voter cards in order to enable participation in the regional council and local authority elections in November this year.
