MOSCOW, July 31 (RIA Novosti) – South Korean Finance Minister Koo Yun-cheol will hold tariff negotiations with US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent in Washington on July 31, in what is expected to be the final round of talks before the August 1 deadline, after which 25% tariffs will take effect, South Korean news agency Yonhap reported on Wednesday, citing Koo's office.
