OUTJO, 29 JUL (NAMPA) – The Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture on Tuesday launched a three-day campaign titled ‘Ending Learning Poverty for All in Africa’ at the Outjo Sports Stadium in the Kunene Region.
The campaign was initiated in response to low academic performance among learners across the country.
