KEETMANSHOOP, 23 JUL (NAMPA) - ||Kharas Governor, Dawid Gertze has called on traditional leaders as custodian of communal land to avail land for the development of the region’s inhabitants.
While delivering his State of the Region Address here on Tuesday, Gertze said traditional leaders should regard themselves as drivers of progress and agents of change.
