OMUTHIYA, 21 JUL (NAMPA) – After celebrating its first ever potato harvest, the Oshikoto Region is now investing in another agricultural project - rice production.
Having toured three rice production fields last week in the Onayena Constituency, Governor of the Oshikoto Region Sacky Kathindi told Nampa on Monday that the visit was to assess the progress on the new venture that could soon put local rice in households across the region.
