MEXICO CITY, July 17 (Xinhua) -- Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum on Thursday criticized the U.S. decision to keep its border closed to Mexican cattle over a screwworm outbreak, saying the measure lacks a clear scientific basis and may be politically motivated.
