Afghan interim gov't condemns Israeli strikes on Syria

KABUL, July 17 (Xinhua) -- The Afghan interim government has condemned Israeli airstrikes on Syria, especially the capital Damascus, the state-run Bakhtar news agency reported on Thursday. An official statement, issued by the interim government, described the strikes as a clear invasion and a blatant violation of a sovereign state.
