ONDANGWA, 04 JUL (NAMPA) – The Ondangwa Town Council is facing an escalating housing crisis, with over 7 000 people currently on a waiting list for housing in both informal and semi-formalised areas.
This was revealed by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ismael Namgongo on Friday during the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Council and the National Housing Enterprise (NHE).
