WINDHOEK, 04 JUL (NAMPA) – Deputy Minister of Defence and Veteran Affairs, Charles Mubita on Thursday clarified misconceptions regarding programmes for veterans of the liberation struggle, particularly the Individual Veterans’ Project, during his statement in the National Assembly.
