MARIENTAL, 03 JUL (NAMPA) – Vice President Lucia Witbooi officially launched the third call for the Youth for Green Hydrogen Scholarship fund for TVET programmes worth N.dollars 25 million in Gibeon on Wednesday, targeting youth from the Hardap and ||Kharas regions.
