RUNDU, 25 JUN (NAMPA) – A woman who allegedly poured boiling oil on her husband’s face and left arm while he was sleeping, was denied bail in the Rundu Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
The incident occurred at Mayara village in the Kavango West Region on Sunday.
The 48-year-old Maria Namutenya Neromba appeared before Magistrate George Matali and faces charges of attempted murder. She was refused bail due to the seriousness of the offence.
