WINDHOEK, 25 JUN (NAMPA) - Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform, Inge Zaamwani, has said there is no targeted pilchard fishing taking place owing to a moratorium on pilchard fishing implemented in 2018.
