Berlin (dpa) - German humanitarian organizations have condemned a massive cut in the country's development aid, which is set to be halved this year amid a hike in defence spending. The 2025 budget, passed by the German Cabinet on Tuesday, is set to include only ?1.43 billion ($1.66 billion) for humanitarian aid, down from ?2.69 billion in the previous year.
