WINDHOEK, 24 JUN (NAMPA) – The Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sport, Arts and Culture, Sanet Steenkamp has warned schools not to deny learners access to education for lacking proper school uniforms, particularly warm clothing such as jerseys and beanies.
