Frankfurt (dpa) - Germany has become a European leader in electric bike (e-bike) sales, generating nearly ?5.4 billion ($6.3 billion) in revenue in 2024 - almost half of the total ?12 billion e-bike turnover across the continent, according to a new study by consultancy EY. But it isn't all rosy. EY found that in 2024, annual e-bike sales fell by 2% to 2 million, while revenue dropped by 12% to ?5.4 billion. Sales of traditional bicycles also decr......
