4 missing following flood in northwest China

LANZHOU, June 23 (Xinhua) -- Four people have been reported missing as of 10:30 p.m. Monday following a mountain flood in Xinquan Village of Jingyuan County, northwest China's Gansu Province, at approximately 6 p.m. the same day, according to local authorities.
