PETERSBURG, June 20 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Foreign Ministry continues to maintain contacts with Syria regarding Russian bases and hopes to achieve mutual understanding, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said on Friday.
