Man allegedly kills grandmother in Ohangwena Region

OSHAKATI, 20 JUN (NAMPA) – An 88-year-old woman was allegedly killed by her grandson at Oshikuyu village in the Ohangwena Region on Thursday.
The Namibian Police Force Crime Investigations Coordinator for Ohangwena, Deputy Commissioner Melanie Mbuuru, told Nampa the incident occurred around 10h00 at the village in the Omungwelume area.
Two children aged seven and 14, were also injured by the 26-year-old man.
