OTJIWARONGO, 18 MAR (NAMPA) – Swapo Party candidate for the Grootfontein Constituency, Nelao Amagulu has won the by-election of that constituency.
The Electoral Commission of Namibia's (ECN) returning officer, Lukas Nyumbu announced in the early hours of Wednesday that Amagulu is now the duly elected constituency councillor of Grootfontein.
