OTJIWARONGO, 18 JUN (NAMPA) – Swapo Party candidate, Paulus Nekundi won the Otjiwarongo by-election that took place on Tuesday.
The Electoral Commission of Namibia's (ECN) returning officer for the by-election, Melody Muesee announced in the early hours of Wednesday that Nekundi is the duly elected new constituency councillor for Otjiwarongo.
