WINDHOEK, 15 JUN (NAMPA) – Swapo Party Secretary General (SG), Sophia Shaningwa said the late Emeritus Stephanus Tiboth was a beacon of dedication, commitment and unwavering loyalty to the party and the noble cause of Namibian liberation.
Shaningwa made these remarks in a speech read on her behalf ahead of the burial of the late Tiboth at Berseba on Saturday.
