OSHAKATI, 13 JUN (NAMPA) – Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus is leading a Namibian delegation to Luanda for the Angola ICT Forum (ANGOTIC) 2025.
The forum kicked off on 11 June and concludes on 15 June 2025, with the minister’s itinerary including high-level meetings, participation in the forum’s grand opening, relevant site visits, and the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
