BERSEBA, 11 JUN (NAMPA) – Swapo Party President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has extended condolences to the family of the late Emeritus Stephanus Tiboth, who passed away in Berseba.
Tiboth died on 26 May at the age of 80 and will be laid to rest in Berseba this Saturday.
