MOSCOW, June 4 (RIA Novosti) - The government of Montenegro has approved the signing of a letter of intent with the US firm By Light Professional IT Services LLC (By light) with the support of the US Embassy to jointly produce drones and transfer them to Ukraine, the government said on Wednesday.
