MOSCOW, June 4 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu held talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Pyongyang and discussed prospects for the restoration of the Kursk Region, the Russian Security Council said on Wednesday.
