Vietnam relaxes two-child policy amid falling birth rate

HANOI, June 4 (Xinhua) -- The Vietnamese National Assembly on Tuesday approved amendments to the Population Ordinance, removing the regulation that limited families to one or two children, Vietnam News Agency reported.
