Poland's presidential rivals were neck and neck in an exit poll Sunday following a runoff election with major implications for the country's pro-EU government, and for abortion and LGBTQ rights. Warsaw's liberal Mayor Rafal Trzaskowski, an ally of the centrist government, obtained 50.3 percent of the vote, according to an Ipsos poll, narrowly ahead of historian Karol Nawrocki.
