McLaren team chief Zak Brown said a change of mentality was the key to Lando Norris's success after the British driver claimed an impressive victory in Sunday's Monaco Grand Prix. It was a much-needed win for Norris, his second of the year after a season-opening victory in Australia, and trimmed McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri's lead in the title race to three points after eight of 2025's 24 races.
