Putin Says Enemy Choosing Targets in Russia Not Connected to Military Sphere

MOSCOW, May 22 (RIA Novosti) - The enemy is choosing targets in Russia that are not not connected to the military sphere, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday. "The enemy generally chooses targets that have no military significance — peaceful objects, houses, and people.
