BEIJING, May 21 (RIA Novosti) - China opposes unilateral sanctions that have no basis in international law, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the EU announced the adoption of the 17th package of sanctions against Russia.
