KATIMA MULILO, 20 MAY (NAMPA) – Katima Mulilo Urban Constituency councillor, Kennedy Simasiku, says provision of water, sanitation and electricity remains a dream for residents of Chotto, Makaravan West and Nova, who often use the bushes when nature calls.
