WINDHOEK, 19 MAY (NAMPA) - A 36-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by hanging at Karasburg in the ||Kharas Region on Sunday morning.
Namibian Police Force’s Crime Investigations Coordinator for the ||Kharas Region, Deputy Commissioner Nicodemus Mbango, told Nampa on Monday that
the deceased person was identified as Elvis Rooi and his next of kin have been informed of his death.
