KEETMANSHOOP, 16 MAY (NAMPA) - Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Land Reform, Inge Zaamwani, has appealed to Malawi to ratify the Zambezi Watercourse Commission (ZAMCOM) Agreement.
