Eurozone GDP growth revised down to 0.3%

Brussels (dpa-AFX) - The eurozone economy grew at a slower than initially estimated pace in the first quarter, a flash estimate from Eurostat showed on Thursday. Gross domestic product expanded 0.3% on a quarterly basis, which was revised down from the 0.4% estimated on April 30. This followed the fourth quarter's 0.2% expansion. On a yearly basis, economic growth remained unchanged at 1.2% in the first quarter. The number of employed persons......
