KATIMA MULILO, 13 MAY (NAMPA) – The Katima Mulilo District Court on Monday postponed the attempted rape case of 27-year-old Calvin Baili Baili to 16 July for further police investigations and to allow him to obtain legal representation or apply for bail.
Baili is alleged to have attempted to have sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old girl at a house at Ibeza village in the Ngoma area last Friday.
He was remanded in custody.
