MOSCOW, May 12 (RIA Novosti) - The ruling Socialist Party of Albania is leading in the parliamentary elections based on data from 40% of polling stations, the Albanian Central Election Commission said on Monday. Data from 2,192 polling stations out of 5,225 show that the ruling party of Prime Minister Edi Rama is receiving 52.53% of the votes, while the opposition Democratic Party is being supported by 34.28% of the voters.
