ANKARA, May 12 (RIA Novosti) - Ankara expects specifics from the parties regarding negotiations on Ukraine in Istanbul on May 15, a Turkish diplomatic source told RIA Novosti on Monday. "There is nothing concrete yet, technical readiness of the parties is expected," the source said.
