BEIJING, May 10 (Xinhua) -- Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will pay a state visit to China on May 10-14 at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping. Born on Oct. 27, 1945, in Brazil's Pernambuco state, Lula led the labor movement and participated in founding the Workers' Party of Brazil in his early years.
