OMUTHIYA, 07 MAY (NAMPA) - Inspector General of the Namibian Police Force, Lieutenant General Joseph Shikongo, has said the police will not stand by and allow criminals to roam free.
Shikongo made the declaration during an engagement with junior police officers at Omuthiya in the Oshikoto Region on Wednesday.
He signalled a tougher stance against lawbreakers and pledged greater freedom for the Namibian people.
