EU Commission Rejects Accusations of 'Energy Dictate' Amid Row Over Russian Fuel Ban

MOSCOW, May 6 (RIA Novosti) - EU Energy Commissioner Dan Jorgensen denied on Tuesday that the commission's plan for a complete phase-out of Russian energy imports to the European Union violated national sovereignty, arguing that the move would bolster energy security. "I actually agree with the many countries and ministers, and members of the European Parliament who have called for this roadmap and actions similar to these for a long time .​​​........
