WINDHOEK, 29 APR (NAMPA) - President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has appointed former presidential advisor for political affairs, Ambassador Emilia Ndinelao Mkusa, as the new Secretary to Cabinet with immediate effect, replacing George Simataa.
A statement issued on Tuesday by the Presidency said the Head of State is confident in Mkusa’s ability to carry out the assigned tasks and wished her well in the execution of her duties.
