OSHAKATI, 28 APR (NAMPA) - NamWater spokesperson Lot Ndamanomhata has said upgrading the Outapi Water Treatment Plant (WTP) will ensure a reliable and sustainable water supply for the town in the Omusati Region and surrounding communities.
