OKAHANDJA, 26 APR (NAMPA) – The Okahandja Municipality on Saturday cancelled its activities of the planned Tourism and Trade Expo to allow residents mourn the death of Rosalind Fabian, who was killed and her body dumped at a graveyard of the town.
