OUTJO, 20 APR (NAMPA) - A 2-year-old baby girl was allegedly abandoned in front of the Shoprite shopping complex in Khorixas on Thursday evening.
Head of Community Affairs in the Kunene Region, Chief Inspector Vehangaiza Hindjou, confirmed the incident, saying a man believed to be Damara-speaking handed the baby to a teenager who was sitting in front of Shoprite.
