WINDHOEK, 19 APR (NAMPA) - In efforts to address youth unemployment, South West Africa National Union (Swanu) president, Evalistus Kaaronda, suggested the establishment of an employment creation fund.
Kaaronda made this recommendation in the National Assembly on Wednesday in his maiden speech and contribution to the 2025/26 Appropriation Bill.
