WINDHOEK, 18 APR (NAMPA) - Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) president, McHenry Venaani, said that for a country to achieve a prosperous and diversified economy, critical thinking is required when allocating resources.
In his contribution to the 2025/26 budget in Parliament recently, Venaani said it is not feasible to spend a mere 2.4 per cent of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) on agriculture and expect transformative results.
