WINDHOEK, 17 APR (NAMPA) - Namibian President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah congratulated General Brice Oligui Nguema on Thursday for his victory in the Gabon presidential election.
The former military leader won the Saturday election, securing 90.35 percent, while his closest rival, former prime minister Alain Claude Bilue By Nze, garnered three percent.
