OMUTHIYA, 16 APR (NAMPA) – The Office of the Auditor General has issued a qualified audit opinion to the Oniipa Town Council (OTC) for the financial year ending 30 June 2023, following a comprehensive review of the council’s finances and predetermined objectives.
